PLUME is not responsible for incorrect addresses given during time of purchase
Tracking Your Order
Once the package has been shipping you will be emailed tracking information to check location o
We do not offer refunds.
PLUME is able to offer exchanges or credit ( where postage is at customers expense)
Faulty items (excluding wear and tear) may be refunded, exchanged or repaired upon assessment from PLUME team.
We are not able to process refunds or exchanges until goods are received back

We only accept exchange or refund on items purchased via PLUMEthelabel.bigcartel.com or from craft shows
Return/Exchange Postage Costs
Email PLUMEthelabel@gmail.com to organize exchange of goods.
For goods that need to be exchanged for a different size/style the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. This includes postage back to PLUME and postage from PLUME to you with the different sized product. There are two options for return postage costs:
1. For domestic orders, include a prepaid post bag with your order back to PLUME wit your name and address clearly labeled on the enclosed post bag.
For domestic orders that to not wish to include
a prepaid post bag the PLUME team will invoice you the relevant postage cost
via Paypal. Once this is paid, PLUME will ship you your goods.
You must include a note clearly stating your name and what size/ style you would like if exchanging goods purchased online
